I worked with Adam Smallwood in the beginning, and he went above and beyond. I had a scheduled appointment at the dealership and Adam needed to be off that day so he made arrangements for me to meet with Shannon Twitty to complete the transaction. Shannon was a delight!!!!! He made sure all my questions were answered, he went way above to make sure the service I received was up to standards and and make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I will be looking for Mr. Twitty when I purchase my next car. I usually hate buying cars....not this time, thanks to both Adam and Shannon

Comments: Derek was excellent, even under pressure. My last 2 trips had resulted in not getting the service I had requested and I was irate. He was very professional, attentive & courteous.Derek is the 1st 2 explain the differenes in a routine 30K mile maintenance and 30K mile complete service. I had initially taken my childs car in 08/13/2010 for the complete service, thought it was done and found out yestereday that it had not been.Yesterday everyone I dealt with exhibited Excellent professionalism. In the past others have not. See below for more on this subject. All should be informed on the differences between Service Check and Complete Service.

Comments: My only dissatisfying experience with Scott Crump Toyota lie solely on the sales manager who came very close to losing the sale due to his sarcastic attitude. The manager needs to leave the direct public interaction to Shannon. I can't say enough about how Shannon went above and beyond to not only make the sale, but to make an enjoyable buying experience. I'll definately recommend Scott Crump and Shannon Twilley.

Comments: I was, however, concerned to find out that the 30,000 mile service had not been done to completion. I have brought the vehicle to only Scott Crump Toyota for service and have not missed any service appt. This vehicle is my daughter's who is away at college. It has been challenging at times to get it in for service. I would like to understand why the full service was NOT done at 30,000 miles.

Comments: My husband noticed the light on the dashboard came on to tell him there was a problem with a tire. He commutes a long distance to work. The maintenance dept. found a nail in the tire and repaired it. Thanks to your service dept., he was not stranded on the highway.
